I specialize in selling real estate in Vancouver and the surrounding areas. I assist my clients when buying or selling homes.

My clients receive the benefit of my 29 years of experience in selling/renovating/building homes.

I direct them to appropriate financing, building inspectors, and other services as required.

I evaluate and organize my client’s home for sale. This might include advice to put into motion the services of a stager if required. In consultation with our professional stager, jointly with the client we may decide to use the client’s own furniture with advice on how to refresh the interior rooms and outdoor spaces. I emphasize street appeal and advise on steps necessary to turn a drive-by into a stop-and-look and eventual sale.

My mandate is to service my clients from start to finish.
